inno9 — Privacy

Effective date: 3 September 2026

The short version: this website asks you for nothing. No accounts, no newsletter, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking. If you buy something, the checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy — they handle your payment details, and we never see your card number.

Who we are. inno9.com — a one-person software company based in Hong Kong, run by inno9.com (trade name). Privacy questions, data requests, anything: [email protected]. A human reads it.

What this website collects. Nothing directly. There is no sign-up form, no comment box, no email capture, and we set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking of any kind. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data — like IP addresses — to serve and protect the site, as any web host does; that's covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. If we ever add analytics, we'll say so here in plain language before it goes live.

When you buy something. Checkout happens on Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your name, email, billing address, and payment details under their own privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. To deliver what you bought, honor free v1.x updates, and provide support, Lemon Squeezy sends us your name, email address, and order details. We keep order records for about 7 years (Hong Kong tax record-keeping); we don't sell, share, or mine them for anything else.

Email you send us. If you write to [email protected], we use your message — and whatever contact details you include — only to reply and solve your problem. Messages are routed by Cloudflare and stored in Gmail (Google). We delete support conversations once they're resolved and no longer needed.

Where data lives. The services we rely on (Cloudflare, Google, Lemon Squeezy) store and process data mainly in the United States, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights. Where the GDPR applies, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, ask for a copy, or complain to your local data protection authority. Where Hong Kong's PDPO applies, you can ask whether we hold personal data about you and request copies and corrections. Wherever you are: [email protected] and we'll sort it out. This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes. If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Last updated: 3 September 2026.
